EXCHANGE:

We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.

Please note that exchanges are only permitted for products of the same type and size. We cannot exchange products for different items or colors.

The item(s) should be in the same conditions as they were delivered. 

The item(s) should be unused, unworn and unwashed. 

The item(s) should be packaged in the same packing material that was delivered. Items purchased using a coupon code or customized products are ineligible for exchange.

100 INR logistic charges will be deducted per T-Shirt as a part of exchange process.

RETURNS

We at Vogueify do not provide Returns on issues related to size, color & product if the correct size, color and product respectively was delivered.

We will not be able to provide return of products, unless confirmed and verified by our Customer Support Team. If you have received a defective product or a product that wasn't ordered by you got delivered, send us the video showing the defect and original packaging at info@vogueify.in or send us to our WhatsApp number : +91 7892406152 and we will get back to you, when confirmed by our excellent customer support team, we will surely provide a return for the order.

If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, Vogueify will not be liable for refunds/replacement of such products.

We as a Company will not charge or deducted any logistics refund fees if the product send by us are defective, wrong or damaged.

The moment the product(s) are reached at our warehouse in the exact condition as shown in the video clip shared by the customer, we will share a gift card worth the same value of your order immediately. You can avail the gift card for the next 90 days and after the given timeline the gift card would expire.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can't be cancelled once its shipped, you can cancel the order before it is shipped by us.(Takes about 24 hours to dispatch).

To cancel order placed, drop us a message on WhatsApp at +91 7892406152 with e-invoice bill within 48 hours of order placed.

NOTE:

We reserve the right not to accept return of products which:
1. we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
2. are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).

A Call from our support team, WhatsApp message, SMS, or E-mail will be sent to customers who place COD orders to confirm dispatch for their orders - this verification process shall be for 3 days post the order
date.

If we do not get confirmation then the order will be deemed to be
cancelled. A cancellation message shall be sent to the concerned phone.

We don't Provide or Process COD orders to Jammu and Kashmir, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, Andaman and Nicobar,Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Lakshadweep, Manipur, Bihar, Jharkhand due to facing issues in delivery for COD orders, While Prepaid orders delivered
there properly.
