We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange. Exchanges are not available for Customized Orders / Personalized Products and on Couponed Items (BUY2@1299 and BUY3GET1)!
Please note that exchanges are only permitted for products of the same type and size. We cannot exchange products for different items or colors.
The item(s) should be in the same conditions as they were delivered.
The item(s) should be unused, unworn and unwashed.
The item(s) should be packaged in the same packing material that was delivered. Items purchased using a coupon code or customized products are ineligible for exchange.
150 INR logistic charges will be deducted per T-Shirt as a part of exchange process.
Returns & Refunds
We will not be able to provide return of products, unless confirmed and verified by our Customer Support Team. If you have received a defective product or a product that wasn't ordered by you got delivered, send us the video showing the defect and original packaging at info@vogueify.in or send us to our WhatsApp number : +91 7892406152 and we will get back to you, when confirmed by our customer support team, we will surely provide a return for the order.
We as a Company will not charge or deducted any logistics refund fees if the product send by us are defective, wrong or damaged.
The moment the product(s) are reached at our warehouse in the exact condition as shown in the video clip shared by the customer, we will share a gift card worth the same value of your order immediately. You can avail the gift card for the next 90 days and after the given timeline the gift card would expire.
Note:
We reserve the right not to accept return of products which:
1. we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
2. are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
